Update:
1)Europe – I lived in Spain and Italy and I’ve traveled just about everywhere but the nordic countries and some of Eastern Europe.
2)Africa – Morocco, South Africa, Namibia.
3)North America – Grew up in the US, have been to Canada many times.
4)Central America/Caribbean – I’m in Honduras at the moment doing a summer internship, and I’ve travelled most of the Caribbean.
4)South America – Spent time in Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Argentina.
5)Asia – Lived in Nepal, travelled to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Tajikistan, Turkey (although mostly the European side), and extremely short bouts in China and India.
6)Australia/Oceania – NOT YET
7)Antarctica – This is the only one I’m not really hoping for, but I’d like to be near Antartica as I sail through Cape Horn (another goal for the future).

How I did it: I posted this in "run a marathon" also, but I ran Rome specifically, so I figured it should go here.I started running again in July, first following a 12 week 10k training program that wasn't for an actual 10k but rather to get me back into running. After that I prepared for a half marathon in Pisa (I'm living in Italy), which I ran in October in 1 hour and 35 minutes. After that I took a few weeks off before starting an 18-week marathon … Read how I did it…

How I did it: I've run on and off for years, but hadn't run for many months when I started again in July. I started training and added miles each week slowly because I've had knee problems in the past, but by the beginning of October I was ready to run. With a few friends I signed up for the Pisa half-marathon (I'm living in Italy) and ran it in 1:35:00, which was far faster than I expected. Now if my knees hold up I'm on to the Rome marathon in March. Read how I did it…

This past week I took a refresher course in Utila, Honduras, and then did six dives over the course of the next 3 days. These are the first dives that I’ve done since I got my PADI Open Water certification 4 years ago, and it felt so much more natural now than it did then. I’m glad I did the refresher course, and happy that we got to see some really cool things like two eagle rays.
I’ve been living in Italy now since August, and I bought a dart board at the end of October, but never put it up because I didn’t have a nail or anything to protect the wall from my roommates. I finally put it up about a month ago, but have been so busy with classes that I haven’t played much. However, having it up and playing every once in a while is improving my game, and the board was about 15 euros with six darts, so I’m not out much money either!
