I completely forgot what I ate last Friday.

But here’s what I’ve eaten on Monday the 16th:
- Vegan breakfast with chocolate muesli and chufa drink
- Lunch: tortelli (a type of square filled pasta with a vegetarian filling)
- Afternoon snack: fruit salad with pears and a lot of persimmons.
- Happy hour: chips and spicy sauce + a drink made with Schweppes and Sanbittèr
- Dinner: onion soup

04th and 5th December

Vegan breakfasts.
Vegetarian lunches (“vegballs” and a salad).
Vegetarian dinners (soups, vegan mortadella and vegetables).
Dark chocolate to complete!

27th and 28th November

I didn’t have the time to update this “Thing” and now I can’t remember exactly what I ate, but Wednesday 27th November and Thursday 28th November were two vegetarian days.
I just remember lot of persimmons, pears and vegetable balls.

I watched it yesterday night and it made me laugh… a lot!

Vegan breakfast: rice hazelnut milk + chocolate muesli.
Vegan morning break: dried fruits.
Vegan lunch: pasta with porcino mushrooms.
Vegan afternoon break: fruit salad with pears, plums and persimmons.
Dinner: pizzoccheri (a type of short tagliatelle, a flat ribbon pasta) with vegetables + a piece of almond brittle.

Muse – Live At Rome Olympic Stadium

OK, it’s a concert film, but it’s always a movie.
Plus it’s linked to a lot of good memories as I was present at that concert and it totally rocked. And the movie proves it!

I can’t remember what I ate in the various parts of the day (except everything was vegetarian), but I clearly remember the dinner because I went to a vegetarian restaurant with a friend in Milan. The restaurant is named Ghea (http://www.gheavegetariano.it).
I ate delicious food!

Breakfast: slice of chocolate cake
Morning break: a slice of pizza margherita
Lunch: a completely vegan meal! Miso soup (in the photo) + rich plate with lots of vegetables (e.g. chickpeas, Savoy cabbage, etc.) + a mousse made with walnuts.
Afternoon break: dark chocolate.
Dinner: pastina + peppers filled with haricot beans.

12th November

Vegan breakfast: sugar free almond milk and chocolate muesli.
Morning break: 3 vegan biscuits (as they are made without eggs, butter and sugar) + 3 apple dumplings.
Lunch: gnocchi with homemade pesto sauce made with courgettes.
Afternoon break: tea
Dinner: panzerotti (pastries filled with tomato and mozzarella) + ice-cream.
