I started the program again last week. Actually I managed to pick up from week 3. But, unfortunately, this saturday I broke my left foot. So, needless to say I won’t be doing any running for AT LEAST 6 weeks. The frustration continues…. anyone have any ideas of how you can lose weight, when you can do little to no cardio???
