I got a manicure on monday and I put them in my mouth but I don’t bite!! So far so good… I need to keep up the manicure project and I hope eventually I will stop!!

I do know the reason why I bite my nails or at least I think I know, but it doesn’t work!!
I might need to go deeper into the reasons why!!

It wasn’t what I expected to be..but it was a trip full of happiness, sadness, fun, different tastes, dances,music.
I say, spend a night at a temple, look at the stars, light a candle, drive in a cab, bargain and hear all the sounds if you can.
