How I did it: I had known her before, but we weren't really friends. After hanging out with her and her current roommate a lot more because of college, we found that we had a lot in common and decided to room together starting this fall semester. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Throughout high school I tried every over the counter drugstore product and none of them really worked. I saw a dermatologist and that failed. Then I started Proactive, and that FAILED. My face got worse, and then it got even worse. When I started college I began using the Clinique 3-step skin care system. I really liked the cleanser, but I felt that the other 2 steps were a bit useless.I saw another dermatologist, and this time she … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I browsed through craigslist, not expecting much, but I found a pure Siberian Husky, Loki. The family he was with could no longer take care of him, since their baby was crawling and they didn't have time for him. I paid them a $100 rehoming fee. Read how I did it…

I am going to look at a Siberian Husky on Sunday. I’m hoping to be able to adopt it from a family that can no longer keep him. He is 5 months old and GORGEOUS.
The only problem that there might be is that I am going on to see my family for winter break from the 19th until the 3rd, and I don’t know if they will hold him for me until I get back.
I would take him with me, but I’m flying and my ticket is non-refundable.
And I don’t want to take him from his home only to stick him in some boarding kennel.
I suppose if all else fails I’ll spend the $150 to let him fly with me.
At 5 months he should still be small enough to fit in a travel carrier, right?
I dunno, we’ll see.
Super Duper Stoked!
They aren’t trees, but still…
Over the summer, I planted 3 types of flowers. 2 of them are still alive, but not faring very well now that the weather is getting colder. I will feel really bad if they die. Just for the simple fact that they are living things.
I will feel awful if I accidentally kill them.
They are my responsibility, and I’m not doing a very good job.
Am I weird for caring so much for these plants?
Also, I am heading this volunteer committee in March that will be planting over 2,000 trees in the city I live in.
So yeah, Yay!
