  1. 1. Get completely organised, make routines for everything and have the whole family follow them, making more time for important things. (see flylady.net)

  3. 3. Extend current house. Make maximum use of the limited space. Make all rooms fully functional and multipurpose utilizing maximum storage opportunities so everything has a place. Make it all welcoming and comfortable spending as little as possible.

  5. 5. Get financially straight. Pay off all my debts. Make a realistic budget. Include kids entertainment and home improvements and a yearly allowance for holidays and each childs clothes and presents.Stick to it!

  6. 6. Be a scrooge. Give every project a budget. Plan purchases in advance and shop around. No impulse buys. Buy second hand if possible. Budget for things in the sales. Sell unwanted things. Use vouchers and cashback sites. Look for ways to make or save money

  7. 7. Start food shopping in bulk from a list. Pick up bargains that will keep or freeze. Use vouchers and a price book. Check out deals online. Shop at different places each week to get special offers then make weekly healthy menus using what I have in stock.
