WEll, after struggling for a long time the solution was quite easy: my fiance got a job in the same company. Now e drive to work togeher :)
I forget about the “Drink more water” issue constantly…I already kind of switched form “Drink more water” to “Drink more liquid”, since I canĀ“t stand plaine water anymore. I relly digg those new fittness drinks that are basically sweetened and flavored water. But still: I keep loosing track. Usually I buy a pack of water on the weekend and take it to the office. I am pretty good with my drinking on Monday and Tuesday, get worse on Wednesday and hardly drink anything on Friday. Any good ideas how I can force myself?
