I started horseback-riding :).
WEll, after struggling for a long time the solution was quite easy: my fiance got a job in the same company. Now e drive to work togeher :)
I forget about the “Drink more water” issue constantly…I already kind of switched form “Drink more water” to “Drink more liquid”, since I can´t stand plaine water anymore. I relly digg those new fittness drinks that are basically sweetened and flavored water. But still: I keep loosing track. Usually I buy a pack of water on the weekend and take it to the office. I am pretty good with my drinking on Monday and Tuesday, get worse on Wednesday and hardly drink anything on Friday. Any good ideas how I can force myself?
I finally got a GOOD banking tool to manage my budget. Guess now I am getting closer to my aim…
To my excuse: I actually DID learn some French…I used to practice on my 50 minute drives to work each day, using a CD with audio exercises. And it was pretty good! But since I moved and I don´t have such a long way to work anymore I stopped. I guess I managed to refresh some of my old school French.
I learned French at school but forgot most of it…I tbink it is just about time to refreshen my knowledge. Since I have to drive 45 minutes to get to work in the morning and the same way back in the evening, I figured it would be a good chance to do one of those audio courses. Bought one on Friday and already started :)
because I have to…I have to learn to say NO to things I wanna buy.
So I will list everything I didn´t buy here and add up how much money I have saved by saying NO.
I want this because it is HEALTHY. Like most women I don´t drink enough…Usually I have a cup of coffee in the morning, some more coffee during the day, a beer at night, and a sip of water before I got o bed.
THIS IS NOT GOOD!
I have been pretty good with drinking more water a while ago when my boss at work an I mutually watched our drinking habits and cheered each other on this. Back at that time I drank my 2 – 3 liters a day. And that´s what I wanna do again…
Well, I have to admit: I am ALLWAYS late on EVERYTHING. I have no idea why, but for some reason I always run late for at least 15 minutes. No matter when, no matter where I go: I never make it in time. And if I really have to make it – for example to catch a train – I will get totally stressed und allways have to hurry.
At work this is not a big problem, since we don´t have fixed starting times. But for this year I decided to start work earlier, so I can get off earlier, too.
My aim is to be at work at 8:30 – right now I am lucky if I make it til 9:20.
