handstands are the most difficult for me to master in my practice. I want to stop avoiding them and practice them with intention and courage.

I have a pretty big pile of books that I’ve not read, many of which I’ve started and just not finished. I’m going to try and knock them out over the next few months, starting with the books I’ve already begun to read. Here’s my list….
Already StartedThe Dirt (Motley Crue)How to Make Love Like A Porn Star (Jenna Jameson)Lucky (Alice Sebold)
Walden Two (B.F. Skinner)
The Island (Aldous Huxley)
Not Started
Memoirs of a Geisha (Arthur Golden) A Wrinkle in Time (Madeleine L’Engle)
Watership Down (Richard Adams)
An Unquiet Mind (Kay Redfield Jamison)
In high school and middle school I did a great job of keeping a journal. I remember the experience really fondly, it always helped me to organize my thoughts and see change and progress in my life more clearly. It’s something I’d love to start doing again. So, the specifics of this goal for me are going to be to journal at least twice a week for the next 3 months. Let’s see if I can stick to it!
