My boyfriend and I have a date to picnic lunch and shoot his AK! I am so excited about it….I really can’t wait. We’re going to hike in the woods for a good while until we find a perfect spot to target practice. I’ve saved lots of beer cans from a weekend grill out party to nail.

Embarrassing. One of the most embarrassing things about my body. I hate seeing the white flakes fall out of my hair when I brush. It’s like a snowfall, on wooden tables, in my car, on the leather couches, on dark sheets, and paranoidly on my shoulders of clothes. They are thick, like paint chips. I know I’ll live with the condition forever, which is hard to stomach. I hate the bethm. valerate lotion, and think it is worsening the condition. My goal is to buy selsun and head and shoulders shampoo, use every time I shampoo, and see if there is an improvement. It seems to be spreading and worsening as a condition. I hope it alleviates. It’s too shameful to share this problem with my friends. I obsessively pick at my scalp with my fingertips until I am positive no flakes remain before going out. The scalp crusties get caught in my long hair at night and create dreadlocks more than an inch thick by morning. I am in rage sometimes about how offputting my own body can be to me.
