How I did it: it takes a real big mistake to force me to reread my email each time! but I think I have cultivated this awareness now.1. no long emails2. speak only one thing in an email; if more need to be discussed, number them3. always proofread emails sent to my boss and professors4. to save time, don't need to proofread emails to friends and family.... sorry, but they'll understand:) Read how I did it…

How I did it: I remember when I was in middle school and read articles like "100 things to do before you die" or "100 things to do before you turn 20".
