How I did it: I started through the internet basically. Just log on to an Instant Messanger, such as Windows Live Messenger, or AIM, and ask your friend's for their address or screen name. That way, you can talk to them online, alot more often if you don't see them everyday. That way, you can arrange days out and fun things to do. You could just invite them to a party, or offer to go shopping or something. Get their phone number, and text, call, chat..… Read how I did it…

I used the Windows Live Messenger IM to talk to friends, and e-mail those who I can't lose as a friend and always have to talk to. I didn’t bite my nails for a whole week. I was so proud of myself. But then, I was laying down watching tv, and after getting bored with the commercials, I couldn’t help but nibble! I felt so angry. My thumbnails look much better, but I’m gonna try and stick with this from now on.
I can’t deny it, I’m a jealous person. The thought of my boyfriend thinking about other girls or even mentioning them upsets me. It’s not that I’m not self confident, I love the person that I am, but I always compare myself to other girls and think I’m totally not good enough. I feel like a bad girlfriend, always having to get jealous over little things, when really, I know I have a problem, but now I just need to conquer it. I’m gonna start by showing I trust my partner today, and remembering that he loves me, by not showing any jealous reactions and keeping a cool head.
