I use to have lots of love towards the world. But right now I wish to have someone special to express my love to who would give me the strength again to have faith in the world rather than be scared.

I have three months left in Kuala Lumpur. Ive been here now 2 months.
About a month ago I was robbed and violated. Nothing too bad happened besides loosing my valuable stuff (camera, phone, house keys, money, iPod etc.). I mean it could have been worse. I survived.
But now I am so homesick. I’m just waiting for time to go by that it would be already December and time to return to home to my family and family like communities of friends. And it sucks! This is such a opportunity to be, work and live in this exotic location and now I’m just letting it go pass my fingers like skim milk.
Thats why I made this entry. I need to be more active again (even if I would be scared and for that reason feel more comfy sitting on the sofa of my foster parents). I need to find my own life from here. I’d like to fall in love with these surroundings and have a personal feel to the city. Right now I only feel like an passer-by and outsider. I want to find my place. I’ve reserved it. And Kuala Lumpur has reserved it.
I decided to apply for the theatre universities in my country to really realize my urge and passion for acting.
I’m gonna make it happen!
Finally I realized it is myself who is holding me back no-one else. Im gonna work hard and love the work!
I see airplanes flying on the sky and I feel my heart melt. I have lived abroad before but now I’ve settled down here in Finland too long.
I applied to go to do volunteer work in Malaysia. I hope it works out! 5 months in Kuala Lumpur would be exactly what I need.
Not so much because of the money itself but what I could get with it!
It is natural that this wish “make my dreams come true” is the first one on my list. Everything else fits under this heading.
According to my entries I’ve last visited 43Things proximately 19 months ago. I had forgotten the whole thing. And now that I found it makes me feel enthusiastic again about my dreams but also feeling some what accomplished. Most of my things are very long term goals but in many, almost in every thing, I’ve already have come a long way from the beginning. From 19 months or three years ago. I’ve published my illustrations, got my work exhibited, I act in two theatre groups, I dance, I sing, I’ve written poems and got little recognition, I’ve been in love and been loved, I’ve traveled and spoke spanish.
Heh. This was absolutely the boost I needed at the moment to realize that actually things are going pretty well! Thank you community!
I’m looking at my wish list which I’ve written about three years ago. It is funny how my dreams are still very much the same but I’ve also have come a long away.
For example three years ago I said I’ve never been in NYC. But year and half ago I did trip to the Big Apple. I spent there only 10 days but it felt so much like home. Even later I’ve applied a scholarship for studies in the States. I didn’t get it yet. I was in the 2nd replacement place. But I know for sure that some day I’ll be living in NYC and that day is getting closer day by day.
I do act. I’m in two interesting and very different theatre groups. In the other one we mostly do comedic-all-family-musical theater and in the other one hardcore drama. Every now and then I also work as an extra in TV and movies.
But I’d like to act more! Be challenged to do different kind of roles with different media and directors. I’d like to improve as an actress. I love what I do. But I’m hungry to do even more!
Dreaming is essential! Making dreams come true is too but more important is just believing. Dreaming on even when you feel blue and the goal seems unrealistic and far away.
Dreams often come true in very unsuspected ways. Like tonight I’m going to the rehearsals of a theater of the local Zoo to play a rebellious frog in a frog musical. I’m gonna travel there with a ferry and buy a take away tea on the way. Im certain I never could have planned this precisely but for example this night is absolute dream come true: I love acting and singing on stage, the little trip at the sea and tea. All these things make me happy and I promise to dream on :)
After 6 months in Argentina I would say I learnt Spanish. I kinda had to. But. Again I would love to learn to speak Spanish more fluently, naturally, fast and correct… My Spanish is still quite hideous but at least I have it in my brain now.
I think only way to learn a language really is to go and live in a country they speak it. Its so much fun to crack the code :)
Well drawing is a ever lasting practising, improving and studying. Im not saying otherwise. But these days Ive found myself in the situation that i feel confidence in my own drawing and handwriting. So I feel like this goal has been reached. Goals change but drawing continues.
Winning an Oscar is still long way to go…
but last spring one dream got reached when I was able to keep one real oscar in my hands in LA.
That only was spectacular! :D
It didnt turn out too fancy or long but either way it felt good to finally just do get it started and finished.

Choosing the works I want to present in my portfolio is the most difficult task of all. But it´s quite fun as well.

I have 5 paintings ready.
