How I did it: i forced me to :) toward the end i joined weightwatchers.com for the eating aspect of it all. with ww you get activity points for exercising, and i like that the most. Read how I did it…

recently all i’ve been thinking about is not being at work. i sometimes think i should quit immediately. i’d make it for a while. i want to take time off and find out what i’d love to do. however, with the stoopid economy, i’m not certain i’d find another job in my current field if need be. so i’m stuck. :(
i guess my short-term goal for this 5 year plan now includes:
-being cheap [will cancel cable, chose cheaper phone plan, cancel collision on car, buy fewer premade foods] and save as much money as possible. to do what… not sure yet….
-conducting research [what the hell would i rather to do]
what can i say? it’s my #1 time-waster in life. tv does not even come close. if i added up all the time i’ve spent online, i’d be soo irate at me.
short term goal is to have at least one nite where i do not turn on the computer. it has to be a non-boyfriend day as i hardly use the pc on bf days.
