stop eating fast food
No more McDonald's

I have been trying for a while now to eat healthy, and now that I have finally done it, it feels awesome! Not only am I off the MCdonald’s french fries with extra salt ( my ex-favorite food), but I am also trying alot of healthy foods, like organic popcorn with nutritional yeast, and smoothies with spirulina. I myself am not a very good cook, so I often used to pop in ramen into the microwave for late night dinners. Great Alternative: Simply Asia soup bowls. They are very filling, can come with soy noodles (9 grams of protein), and are MSG free AND vegetarian. Enjoy.

learn to drive
one step closer to independence....if only I had a car

Two day’s ago, I finished driver’s ed. Permit in hand, I went with my father up and down the neighborhood streets and adjacent main roadways. Going over the same left turns for 4 hours was tortuous, yes, but also invigorating. Though as a new driver I have to constantly be alert to avoid any major mishaps, even on the less threatening roads, it is great to be one step closer to independence.
