More and more I think is about the journey not the destination.
To anyone trying to accomplish this goal I highly recommend it.
just don’t get hung up in the end game.
“You won’t be happy and satisfied when you finally reach your perfect weight.
You will be happy and satisfied with every pound you loose, with every muscle that starts to show and with every new cloth you buy.
So go ahead and enjoy the journey!”
In the two years that I’ve had this goal
I’ve enjoyed every moment…
people say nice things when they see me.
And is great to buy a shirt and have it perfectly fit..
I still don’t completely like the guy that looks me in the mirror
but he definitively looks more like the way I feel I am.
My personal conclusion is:
Diet is the only thing that makes me slim.
Aerobic exercise helps me feel better and raise my energy and
Weight Lifts gives me body shape.
I get continuous support from friends in particular I have friends that I only see every 3 months
And they really notice how much weight I’ve lost every time they see me.
PS my current routine is this:
I’m still in the Zone-diet but I’m not being very strict right now.
I go swimming Mon-Wed-Fri
I lift weights Tue-Thurs-Sat
And I jog in Sun.
My body looks good… And I’m getting a good shape.
