So it’s slow going, but it’s still going. I’m not using livestrong.com as much as I should, but still watching what I eat… more vegetables, fruits, fiber, protein, and water!



Track my food intake/Calories for 6 months
12th day!

12th day! Hope it keeps up. Not having school or obligations makes it much easier! Tracking really has helped with weight loss!

~Have started the year off good!
~Tracking for the last 11 days on livestrong.com!
~Running a lot—50 miles so far this year :)
~However, the weather turned nasty and I have not been able to get outside-It’s supposed to get in the high twenty’s tomorrow-I think I’ll try for a run!
~Had a long run sunday, then overindulged on monday… so I don’t see dropping as much this week.
