So it’s slow going, but it’s still going. I’m not using livestrong.com as much as I should, but still watching what I eat… more vegetables, fruits, fiber, protein, and water!

How I did it: I set up a training plan with the help of runnersworld.com. I created a calender so that each day I knew the planned workout. I also set an intermediate goal of running a 10k, halfway through my training, so that I would feel confident the day of my half. Read how I did it…
12th day! Hope it keeps up. Not having school or obligations makes it much easier! Tracking really has helped with weight loss!
