Training to run 5 miles will help increase speed on the 2 mile run. I’m also working on the pushup/situps.
With consistent training, I can pass this goal but it will take a few months.
Start point: 50 PU 50 SU and 2 miles in 18:00
Now that my back has finally healed I plan to train to be even better than I was before.

I’ve already ran 3 miles at a 10 min/mile pace (without stopping naturally). My goal is to increase distance by two miles at the same pace. Of course it will take some time building up to this. I hope to maintain my schedule of running 3 times a week.
