I watch the sunrise and enjoy the quiet sanctity of morning.. it wasn’t easy, going to bed at 9 am was a HUGE change for me,. but totally worth it… I am loving my quiet mornings with a fresh cup of coffee and a bagel, watching the sunrise… perfect
