1. Made Oatmeal Cream Pies (Little Debbie copycat recipe). Time-consuming compared to most cookies, but the kids love them. And so far I’ve resisted having even one bite, in spite of the fact that this is a cookie I daydream about.
2. Leftovers for dinner. The broccoli in the broccoli-tofu stir-fry was still really fresh, green, and crunchy even after being rewarmed.
