How I did it: Keep a healthy life, estimate the date of last period, and have my blood pressure checked. They will ask some questions about health condition to decide whether you're fit to donate or not.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Read how I did it…
How I did it: i have a devotional book that assign poeple to read several chapters daily (usually 3-4 chapters). set up a certain time daily (either early in the morning or at night) and keep up the routine. it can be dragging at times, especially on the weekends when i prefer not to have a routine, and when i didn't read i had to "pay" by cathing up the previous day chapters.
