Article said that some people get too upset to an unhelpful, unpleasant point about politics, etc. And they need to cultivate that opposite (too) which is true inner peace.
I thought about the times I feel enraged at the Bush war and want to have true inner peace. I realized this is why the Dali Lama can be so stead fast in his goals for Tibet, yet walk out of a failed meeting still smiling. In the end he still has that inner peace he cultivates and holds strong everyday.

I feel aimless and anxious when I have no goals. it makes me feel like life is meaningless.
I must have goals I am working on and excited about.
I must make my goal(s) a priority amongst taking care of house and kids as priorities.
If I am to move forward on my twinkling of a passion to write and publish the writing, I must OWN it. I must believe it. I must believe I am trying ENOUGH SO that I am willing to tell people. If I tell people I will connect with people in the universe that hold keys to open doors to make it happen.
I need to own it.
I can meditate and picture it until I believe it.
NEXT, I must keep it in the forefront of my brain and consciousness and I must be plugging away at it, working at it a chunck each day to practice and improve my writing.
You can’t be a writer if you never write anything. You can’t call yourself a writer honestly if you don’t write.
Own it.
With Love and Passion,
Yourself
P.S. you have to get your elbow fixed and out of the way since typing hurts. Commit to stretching daily, commit to using a wrist and arm support as I type. Ice as needed.
