I haven’t had pop/soda in seven years. Well, on occasion I do, but not enough to really count, mostly when traveling in a foreign country and it’s just part of the experience.
It feels great! I lost a bunch of weight when I started doing it, because I drank water any time I would have had soda. That stuff is so terrible for you. I really can’t drink it anymore, anyway, as I find it too sweet.
If your vice happens to be Coke, look into some of the human rights violations the Coca- Cola company is responsible for, and that might help your motivation.
