Doing enough exercise-usually. Diet is very inconsistent. Drink plenty of water. Get enough sleep-I am doing that. Avoid bad habits-a few too many microwbrews on occasion. Weight isn’t too bad. BP fine Cholesteral a little high, but LDL and Triglycerides are very good. Mental Health – Much more of a challenge! Work stress and driving whew!

I am a 22 handicap now. I have signed up for 6 months of lessons with Golf Tec using video analysis and coaching. Video show vividly what I am doing wrong. Drills helping very much. Will play on Friday and that will be my baseline. I give myself two years to accomplish this goal.
Uploaded(downloaded?) client account information to Excel and summarized some of the data. It appears that being very careful about the keystrokes can save some time and energy.
