I’ve been doing at least one yoga class per week and more often 4 yoga classes (1 on one day, 3 on another). I love it. I feel the best I feel all week after my 3-in-a-row lineup.
I’m also doing some kind of yoga at home every morning. Lately, I’ve been having trouble getting up or feeling motivated, but I try to do at least 10 minutes or so each morning to keep it going.
The local Global Mala event I’m attending is this Sunday! I don’t know that I’ll be able to do 54 sun salutations, but I’m going to do what I can and try to really enjoy the experience.
