Start meditating
Learning Meditation

So I have started yoga and I love it!! I really want to learn to start meditating too even if it is only for half an hour a day.
I found a chant online that you say to yourself which is “I am “(inhale) “at peace” (exhale).
Im going to try doing it for 15-20 mins a day and see how i get on.
Its meant to be really good for anxiety and the soul so Im going to see how it goes.

Taking up yoga twice a week

So I started yoga on Monday which I loved. It is only an hour class but it really was a great workout and the meditation at the end chilled me out sooo much! I am going again tonight and I am really looking forward to it. I ached so much on the Tuesday though so I know I will be paying for it tommorow.
Anyway I am going to really drive myself to go twice a week because I need to get rid of my anxiety so much so I am going to really get focused and de-stressed!
