Jed and i shared my chicken for dinner tonight , i cut some up and he sat lovingly next to me .. wonder why :P

How I did it: i needed a new tongue stud so i was choosing one when i looked at the assistant and said .. you got time to pierce me :P and in i went :) she did it right then and there and it was all over in about ten mins . its so cute a tiny Read how I did it…

i usally just jump up outta bed and get straight on with my daY .. come lunch time .. im sore .
so im going to not expect my body to be able to wake up fully with out telling my muscles to wake up as well ..HELLO DAILY STRETCHING
its part of the bigger picture , so im more then happy to say , yes its important to me .
so far this week i have walked the dogs everyday .. and not only has it been good for them to get out ( there weekend farm dogs and week day back yard minders) everyday .. but its been great for me .
its part of getting back to me . which is one of my ’’things’’ listed .
so even though we all arrive back home hot and tired .. its a good feeling .
