I will have some extra time (and money) over the next three weeks. I want to try out a some new recipes that will be good for when I start college in the fall since I’ll have a better kitchen than I have now. I’m looking for recipes that are cheap, decently healthy, and one of the following:
a. Can be made in bulk (I’m just one person, so like four servings worth), frozen, and reheated easily.
b. Can be quickly made up as a single serving.
c. Are good for packed lunches.
Well, I’m off to find some recipes to try.

This is the first time I’ve had to do something like this, so I’m nervous I won’t get it done. I’ve called all the places, but there was a problem with both the electricity and the gas so I’ll have to figure it all out.

I took classes at a community college this last spring and in the summer. I’m trying to go to a full university this fall. I can’t enroll in classes until I’ve been accepted. I’ve sent in my application, but it can’t be processed until they have my transcript from the community college. The transcript must included my summer grades, so it can’t be sent out until after I finish my classes.
So, at this point I’m just waiting. Sigh
