How I did it: I just thought about the things that make me happy. It was easy because, well, I try to only surround myself with people and things that make me happy. I have to say that the people was the hardest, because, well, I don't know that many people. Ha. Read how I did it…
How I did it: At work back when I worked retail we took all of the broken items to the back and broke them to pieces, because we were supposed to but probably not the way we did it. It was completely cathartic and worth it. I would suggest doing this. Lets out all the anger you've got inside and is completely fun.
