How I did it
How I did it: Finally had my astronomy book, red light and an open sky over the lake. I found at least 5 constellations - Pegasus, Cassiopeia, Draco, Ursa Major, Cepheus which I can see in the sky now when I look up in the sky. My book had each month and southern and northern hemisphere. Read how I did it…

I am finally letting myself sleep more if I need it. And I am recordings shows after 10pm so I am not watching TV late which really seems to mess up me trying to sleep. Same with computer time before bed.
I think that will help me stay present. One of my clients is working on staying present at work so she enjoys her work instead of worrying about what is next on the list.
