After visiting several 3rd world countries you become very conscious of how good you have it. It also makes you realise that you don’t need all the useless stuff you have. Family, friends, food and water are necessary…the rest is just luxury.
But to live in the 3rd world is completely different. When travelling you get to go back to the 2nd or 3rd world.
This will probably be on the list for a while (3 or more years) but it will be completed in the next decade.

I guess when I’m mistaken for a Canadian by many people I think I can check this one off the list. Maybe I wasn’t too American as I thought.

Being down in OZ has given me a way to view things differently. Coming for the States where everything is regimented and strict it was quite strange when I first got here. Everyone is all layed back and chilled out.
You grow up with so many perceptions that are not necessarily correct or that are close minded.
