I’d like to come up with a new phrase or saying. It would be great to hear everyone saying things like, “Hey that is soooo flaz!”. Or to hear people say “He’s a few bars short of a full signal.” (That’s my wife’s phrase) Who knows, maybe flaz will catch on.
I’ve seen a few pine martens (kin to the weasel) on my property. Every time I see them, they are running very fast; as if they are late for work. One day, I saw two run right past my patio door about two minutes apart, moving in the same direction.
My goal is to confuse a pine marten while it is on its way to wherever it is going to. Maybe a trombone blast or a kazoo. I’d just like to make one of these creatures stop long enough to get a photo.
The last time we had a lunar eclipse I could see the earth’s round shadow as it began to darken the moon. Then, the moon turned blood-red. As the moon left the earth’s round shadow you could clearly see that the earth is indeed, round. As we know, shadows show the form of an object.
