I’m finally old enough to! So there was a blood drive at my school today so I signed up. Well, it wasn’t a good experience, but I’m not going to give up. I was really afraid, so I brought a blood donation buddy, and she was all hooked up and okay. But not me. They couldn’t find my vein, and kept poking at it until it collapsed. They were going to try my other arm, but there was an artery right under it, and they didn’t want to hit that. I don’t know if I didn’t drink enough water or if it was just the nurse… but it hurt a lot. But I can’t wait for next time. I’ll start hydrating all week, and avoid caffeine all week too. I’m not going to give up.
When a friend told me he wakes up every day at 4:00, I thought he was insane. But I realized that I am really motivated in the morning and it’s sort of a nice quiet time. Plus, I now have drivers ed zero hour, and have to be to school at 6:55. sigh. At least I’m 10 minutes away. But. I’ve been trying to wake up at 4:30 in the morning everyday so I get off to a productive start. Here is the plan:
-4:30 wake up
-4:45 eat breakfast(prepared the night before),drink tea, take vitmins
-5:00 excercise, cardio every other day and strength training on the off days.
-5:45 shower, brush teeth, wash face
-6:00 get dressed, put on make up, style hair
-6:45 leave for school on days when I have 0 hour.
