I am going to close out this goal but will always keep learning and posting pieces in my “create more art” goal.

How I did it: I made a list of all the people for whom I wanted to make gifts. Then I decided upon the appropriate gift to make them. With a week vacation from work I made great progress but in the end having 9 people for whom I was making individual gifts was a bit of a stretch. Read how I did it…
How I did it: LOTS of research. There really is nothing about the quality of different heat pumps so the research fell to the installers. I got several different quotes and in the end went with an 18 SEER heat pump that had a $1700 manufacturer rebate, $350 electric company credit and $1500 tax credit. With 4 of the 6 positions that report to me now open-to-hire, I have not had time for internet browsing. Today is just a rare slow afternoon. My boss would like me to spend more time internet surfing/shopping to help me be more aware of retail practices to help me in my work but I just can’t seem to turn on a computer when I get home.
Less than 2 months to go. I have started working on the running. I can easily make my body move 5K but doing so without having to stop and walk during that is a bit of a challenge. So far I can jog about 2 miles without needing to walk. If I can get up to the 3 miles then I can start putting the bike ride with the run.
