I finished an undergrad in psych, lots of good that did me really. so long story short I wanted to become a vet. if you have this as one of your goals you are more than well aware that evertime you mention it to someone they remind it’s more difficult than med school to get in. and they would be 100% correct. I’m really struggle with it right now b/c I had to go back to get my bio and chem classes and i’m 25 so slightly older than other people in my classes. The undergrad work is super difficult. o chem is straight up terrifying. My motivation is wavering a bit i must say. maybe i’m just having a bad day

I have some helpful advice, I smoked for 10 years. I realized I wanted to quit. so I did. cold turkey. I told everyone I knew that I was quitting so that the shame of smoking in front of those people would make me not want to do it. Use cognitive strategies: you can not put a cig in your mouth, like it won’t fit or something. you can’t say put your foot behind your head right? well you can’t put a cigarette in your mouth either. it’s impossible. you can’t fly, so you don’t try to jump off buildings…you don’t even consider it with the intentions that you could fly….take this thinking and use it with cigarettes. I hope this helps someone it so friggin worth it!!!!!!
absolutely!!!! me too!!! I think you can even benefit from it more. yoga is about finding power and strength within yourself not some other being. as an atheist you know you are the only person or thing you can rely on when you are sweating buckets and holding a pose that you weren’t able to even imagine weeks before is you!!! flow with that!!
