Ok, it may not seem like much, but I started off this season with a 98. Remember now that I am as honest a player as you will find. I don’t take ANY mulligans, fluff my ball, or improve my lie outside of regulation rules. When I knock a ball OB I rehit for my third stroke. etc. I think you get the point. I don’t cheat!
So anyway I hit the course with no idea what my game will be like and I birdie the first hole! Woo Hoo! I then his hole number 2 which is Par 4 ranked the hardest hole on the course and I get a 6 double bogey. Not bad (I often walk away from that hole with a 7 and so do a lot of other good golfers) Next hole? PAR! (3) In fact I complete the front nine with another birdie and an overall 44, (yes I had a few hiccups but overall things were going well.
I’m very excited. I expect to have a round in the 80s for the first time in my life and that will mean that I have achieved my goal. I can do this!

Just went to a tradeshow in LasVegas and then spent nearly a week with my Sister who moved to Phoenix just a few months ago.
It was great. I have no reason to not drop in for a couple of days every other year or so. I’d be a fool not to.
Great golf there too!
I took doing all the laundry to the next level. I recently dumped out all of the sock and underwear drawers, and washed and folded every piece of laundry we have. EVERYTHING!
When it was all done (this took 2 days+) I had over 20 socks with no partner! WHERE DO THEY GO?! I CHECKED EVERYWHERE BEHIND THE BED, UNDER THE DRESSERS, THE CLOSETS, AROUND THE WASHER AND DRYER, ALL OF THE OTHER DRAWERS. GONE GONE GONE…way gone.
The ones that couldn’t become polishing cloths or a sock puppet were thrown in the trash!
What a great feeling. Celebrate the small victories people.
BTW…when my wife came home from a business trip she thought I lost my mind when she saw all of the laundry done.
