As it so happens... 6 months ago

Tonight is my first gig with my new band. We’re playing at a semi-private party at a really nice club…pretty sweet for a first gig. I’m really excited. For the short time that we’ve been together as a band, we’ve come a long way. The group dynamics are all there, too. Wish me luck!

Still working this goal, but from other angles as well. I’ve started a new band in the past two months and we’re slated to start playing out in December…wish us luck, we’re called Peechtree (there is a story to the name, but that’s for another time).

Save up six months worth of living expenses

I don’t live beyond my means by any means, but in the meantime the mean of my income goes toward bills. I’ll be down-sizing my living quarters soon and finding something better suited to my budget, which will free up a lot of $ $ $ and ensure that I buy a decent car that doesn’t bleed oil everywhere it goes. I mean, my car is classy in its own right, but I can live without constantly having to satisfy its voracious thirst for oil (and fuel).
