Growing up in chicago area, we’d go ice skating every winter in the park. Lovely time, frozen toes, then in the shed for hot chocoloate, back out for more flying (and falling) on the ice.
Here in Seattle, the climate just doesn’t support ice skating, and indoors just doesn’t cut it.
Definately do it.
