How I did it: I adopted Turnip through a rescue organization. I saw her picture on petfinder.com and then went to the website of the rescue organization. I filled out the application and waited.I heard back in just a couple of days and went to meet my doggy. I've had her for a year and a half, and I love almost every minute. Read how I did it…
