How I did it
How I did it: I was going to do a "regular" diet but I kept postponing it. What did the trick was simply not eating as much and getting outside. Less fast food and vending machine treats at work was the most important thing, in my opinion. Read how I did it…
Recent entries
This week has been pretty good. Most days I was in before 9, which has been unheard of in the past month or so. Made it to an 8:15 appointment this morning, and an 8:30 one last week! And my boss even thanked me one morning for getting there before he did.
One day I even got to leave when it was still light out. I know the days are getting longer but it wasn’t just because of that. It was a great feeling! Hopefully I can make this string of good juju last. :)
