I’m good at logic puzzles. The kind of questions on an IQ test that has three abstract pictures and you are suppose to pick the forth. I am also pretty good at sudoku.

“Earth Hour is an annual international event started in by the WWF in Sydney 2007, that asks participants to turn off their lights and non-essential electrical appliances for one hour in the evening. By 2008 Earth Hour was an international event with participation starting around the world.”

lose 5% of my current weight (read all 5 entries…)

I changed this goal from “lose 50 pound” to lose 5% of my current weight. I have found that big long term goal do not work for my when it comes to fitness and losing weight.

Fitness is a day-by-day, week-by-week thing for me.

When I am done with the first 5% I’ll reset it for the next 5%.
