I don’t have a weight goal, but i definitely need to loose a few inches. I never really believed in a weight goal, just because i’m naturally built muscularly dense. So…i’m basically basing this goal of mine according to how i feel, look, and fit in my pants. However the end goal of mine for the far far future of maybe in a year or two is to weigh 135 1bs. But as far as for my August deadline it will just have to be on how I feel.
...So this is the plan
1. Proportion my meal! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, with 2 snacks
2. Be active..EVERYDAY…
3. Hydrate!!
4. Cardio workout for 45 mins 5 times a week
5. Weight workout 4 times a week (legs, shoulders, bi’s, tri’s, back)

to improve my chaos life…i definitely need to be more organized. So i pledge to the following:
1. tidy up (room, notes, bag, car, closet, etc.) everyday.
2. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN my room and bathroom once a week.
3. Pencil in EVERYTHING on my planner.
...hmmm this will be a difficult goal, with the schedule i have.

I have to admit…I LOVE TV…i cant get enough of it :)...
so with this..i am now limiting the time i watch tv, and only watch the shows i like..which is alot (i might have to limit that also. lets see how this summer goes knowing i will be starting my hospital rotation and work again on monday…I might be watching less TV after all. :)
