I was always trying to immerse myself in graphic and web design. I do want to stay true to my roots and create a website and have it up and running a LONG time… pay for my own .com name and domain and shit and learn php. Ya.

I went through a stressful childhood and it all cumulated in my teenage years. I am a cutter. Yes, I cut myself… or I used to. I actually just slipped up recently, but that’s not the point. I want to write about my experiences from seventh grade on and share them with the world because I found it frightening how little regarded self-injury is and how many people in the health industry don’t even know how to address it.

My book will help people learn about self-injury, and even better, to perhaps gain a grasp on understanding why people choose to hurt themselves.
