doing a advertising degree..first year, want to get started with a job right away i cant wait to complete my degree!

im currently studying at university moving into my second year after this fall. I would like to buy a house in stoke to rent out to students…any advice on how to get started…good ways of gathering abit ofmoney together. I want to rent it out for two years and then do it up and sell it….consdering i have limitted money supplys(being a student)whats the best thing to do?
