Poo to the previous plan, now I am on a neat and clean 1200 calorie a day diet with 30 min cardio. Thats it, easy and its working…I am down 13lbs. 13 down, 60 to go…blargh.

First step...

Well I took the first step and set up the account…now all I have to do is actually make an entry. So I suppose all I have done is the easy part. Hey, I never said I was an over achiever.

I sort of abandoned 43thing, it became a constant testimonial to my apathy and boredome, but a lot has changed since I left. I am no longer a drunk…I have been sober for 3 months, and I am at the top of my classing in nursing school. I still don’t have much to my life but school, but I plan to start working on my list again.
