How I did it: I tried until I could do no more, my partner gave up on me, and I suppose I had given up on myself. 2 Years later, I am a different person albeit a little wiser, and happier than when I was banging my head against the wall. How I did it: You have to quit making excuses and dependencies... I will do it in the summer... I will do it when I am in better shape... When I have more money... When the kids grow up... They are all never ending excuses, and the more you make the more you will come to make them. Just start small and go from there.
