Well I am finding this really hard. I am really self-conscious about actually speaking the words and I just haven’t got the ‘feel’ for it yet I guess. When reading I can usually pick up the meaning quite well so I can always read signs I guess?!

Phrased this wrong… I’ve started to listen to my body and managed to work out how to alleviate or minimise many of the problems. Also learning when to stop pushing myself which has helped immensely!
