This.... 2 years ago

has become my mantra for the year. A ton of things have happened resently in my life that I was getting depressed. A friend of mine gave me some really great advice for solving my personal delima….. get up and out of the house and do something. The more things I have going on in my life, the less devastaing something is when one thing fails. If you only have a few things, something wrong in one is more upsetting.

I am trying to update my 43 things. I have not logged in in forever! Since then, I have done this. I have actually lost 25 pounds! And since the gym has become my new favorite place… I feel that I am going to keep it off!

I did it!! 2 years ago

I have not been on my account in ages, so I am trying to do lots of updating. Since my last login, I have done this. I have been working out with some friends 5-6 days a week. We have done it consistently for almost 2 months. It has now become a habit. Plus, I got a gym membership….. sort of feel guilty when I don’t go because it is wasting money. I have lost 25 pounds… and I feel great!! =)
