It was very surreal. The final document was 30 pages long. I only gave it to 3 of my closest friends.
It was worth it, because I’m not locking everything up, and lying and keeping secrets. But at the same time, now it’s more difficult to block out the bad stuff and get on with life. It’s more difficult to go back to normality, than it was to live in chaos.

It’s this thing I’m writing. Some bad stuff has happpened in my life, and it’s messed me up. I’ve never told anyone about it, but I’ve started writing everything that has happened down, no matter how painful it is to experience the memories again, and then I’m giving it to my friends. They deserve to know the truth.
