I'm doing 1 thing
oh man…i’m a straight laced good kid. I’m in the honors programs, orchestra, all that good stuff… so naturally my parents are natzis. I’m that one kid that always has to leave early, or not come out at all because it’s too late, or there are boys there (foreign parents..whaddya gonna do). But a few days ago, my friends were over at another friends house who lived a few doors over. I always sit up much later than the rest of the family so while i was up, i opened the back sliding door just a peep so i could slide it open without any noise… then i turned everything off and made it as if i was goin to bed… clambered upstairs and stuffed my bed with pillows and an old soccer ball i had there (bit cliche, but hey, it looked good!!!)
closed my door and took my pjs pants with me downstairs. It was painfully slow, but i made my way quietly down the stairs. The secret to getting down wooden steps quietly is to step on the sides (less used so it’s stronger) and slowly put your weight on it. Note which ones creak..and if you do make a noise STOP and pause. If you are caught in this process claim you were getting something from downstairs…
so i made it and went out… chilled with the friends and boyfriend… then when i was coming in.. quiet again. used the light on my cell phone. I put on the pjs i brought down, hid my clothes and then filled a glass up with water…this way, when i was going up, if i got caught i could claim i was getting water.
:) i didn’t get caught…but it was good back up huh?
